Shipping Options: PeptideSupplied provides a range of shipping methods designed to ensure timely delivery of your order.
Orders placed and processed by 2 PM UTC from Monday through Friday typically dispatch the same business day; orders placed after 2 PM UTC, or during weekends and holidays, are shipped the following business day.
International Deliveries
*Import Tax Disclaimer*: When shipping internationally, please be aware of potential additional import duties or fees that may apply in your country. These charges are not included in our prices and are not covered by us.
If customs authorities or the shipping company require payment for taxes or duty fees, you, as the recipient, will be responsible. We recommend familiarizing yourself with your country’s import laws before placing an order to avoid unexpected costs.
Product Availability & Shipping Restrictions
Some products may have specific shipping limitations or could be unavailable for certain destinations. Please check your destinations laws and regulations for any restrictions.

After your order is shipped, we'll send you an email containing the tracking number.
Shipping Delays
We understand that packages may sometimes take longer than expected due to unforeseen circumstances. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for shipping costs in cases of delays
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please email help@peptidesupplied.com as soon as possible. While we will try to accommodate your request, cancellations may not be possible once the order is being processed or has been shipped.
Returns & Replacements Policy
Due to product quality standards and their perishable nature, we are unable to accept returns. However, if you receive missing, incorrect, damaged, or defective items, please reach out promptly:

Unclaimed Packages
In case the courier marks your package as delivered but it doesn’t reach you, follow these steps:
Check with neighbours or front desk staff about accepting the package on your behalf.
Contact the local office of the courier service and inquire about the GPS-verified delivery location and time.
If the postmaster confirms correct delivery, allow up to 1 week for the package to arrive.
If it doesn’t reach you after this period, please contact us at help@peptidesupplied.com for further assistance.
Issues with Your Order
For missing, wrong, damaged, or defective items, please report within 7 days of receiving your order:
Missing Items: Let us know immediately so we can re-ship the missing item(s).
Wrong Items: Inform us right away to arrange for the correct item(s) and a prepaid return label for the incorrect ones.
Damaged Items: Contact us with photos as soon as possible. Once verified, a replacement will be sent out.
Defective Items: We take these claims seriously. Please provide details about your scale if it's an incorrect weight claim or prepare to send a sample for concentration or quality issues. After verification, we'll ship a new one.
Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
We treat chargebacks and bounced checks seriously.
Any incidence of chargeback will place you on our no-sell list temporarily until we contact you personally.
Payment Issues: If there’s a payment dispute, please reach out to us first as we can usually resolve these issues more effectively than a bank or payment processor.
